PROJECT
Kilby & Willsmere Roads
Safety Upgrade
Bike, Pedestrian & Bus Lane Surfacing
Boroondara City Council upgraded Kilby and Willsmere Roads with OmniGrip Direct’s Green Coloured Surface Treatment (CST) to create safer conditions for cyclists, pedestrians, bus users, and drivers.
With 2,389m² of recycled glass-based surfacing, old linemarking removed, and new treatments installed, the project delivered enhanced separation of users, improved visibility, and long-term durability—while retaining kerbside parking and property access.
