OmniGrip ReSurface was specified by award-winning architects Denton Corker Marshall for the surfaces within the new Saddle Lookout that overlooks Victoria’s Twelve Apostles. The newly built lookout will be opened to the public by Parks Victoria in June 2024.

OmniGrip ReSurface is a durable slip-resistant surface that enables architects and landscape designers to choose from a wide range of bold colours or natural aggregates, to obtain a compliant surface that supports their design.

OmniGrip ReSurface can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including concrete, asphalt, steel and timber. By factoring OmniGrip ReSurface into the construction program, construction activities can continue on the unprepared surface then the finished surface, using OmniGrip ReSurface, can be applied in the project’s final stages. This maximises flexibility for construction contractors, particularly in constrained sites.

The application of OmniGrip ReSurface doesn’t generate the volume of liquid waste and repeat site visits that exposed aggregate concrete does. This is also beneficial in constrained sites, like the environment of the Saddle Lookout on the Great Ocean Road.

OmniGrip Direct is pleased to have contributed to one of Australia’s premier tourist attractions. Many tens of thousands of local and international visitors will better enjoy their visit to the Twelve Apostles on Victoria’s Great Ocean Road.
